Minimum age of primary renters is 25 and a minimum rental of 2 nights.

Payment:  We do NOT accept credit cards but are pleased to accept a minimum deposit of $100.00 by way of personal cheques, International Money Orders, Bank Drafts (made payable to Fran Vacirca), Direct Deposit to our bank account or Interac Email Money Transfer through your on-line banking or cash.  The balance of your rental is payable in cash ONLY on day of arrival.
